Bank entities — Venezuela
payment_instructions.bank_account.bank_name takes the API name from the
closed catalog below — "BANCO_BANESCO_VE", not "Banesco". The same applies to
payment_instructions.bank_phone_account.bank_name. Any value outside the
catalog is rejected with 400.
The entity name column is the bank's commercial name. It is there so you can
map your own UI to the catalog — do not send it as bank_name.
