Bank entities — Peru
Payouts to Peru are not enabled on this API yet:
payment_instructions.bank_account.bank_name currently accepts only the
Venezuela catalog, and any other value is rejected with 400.
The catalog below is the platform's enabled list for Peru, published here so
you can map your own UI ahead of corridor enablement. When the corridor opens,
the API name is the value bank_name will take — never the entity name.
